With every order we phone the patient to make a personal connection and to collect payment and shipping information. This phone call is important to the patient as it fosters a friendly and helpful relationship for future inquiries. Next, our team of experts manage each order until the garment shows up in the patient's hands. 2. The patient brings the new garment to their next appointment. The therapist checks the fit and may go over donning/doffing and care practices. If the garment needs re-made the therapist communicates the changes to Compression Würks and a FREE re-make is done. Our way includes 10 things 1. Orders are in the manufacturers hands within 24 hrs. 2. Custom orders take 1- 2 weeks to reach patient. 3. Off-the-shelf orders take 1 week to reach patient. 4. Custom prices are the lowest in the industry. A flat-knit knee high with top band is $140 per leg. Compare to about $238 per leg from other retailers.
